The display of items on MumsFurniture.com and/or sending products to customers via email or social media channels is not an offer for sale.You can submit an offer by ordering the item on our Website which we are free to accept or reject. After clicking on “order”, you will receive a confirmation email from MumsFurniture and we are free to terminate the contractual obligation between us for any reason until the time the order has shipped.
At the point of purchase, MumsFurniture will take full payment in advance of delivery. For our cancellation and refund policy please see below. If there are any issues with your placed order, a representative of MumsFurniture will contact you.
Description of Products
All products reflect the product description in each product page. We take reasonable care to ensure that all product descriptions and details are up to date and correct on Mumsfurniture.com.
Item dimensions are given for general guidance. Please ensure that the furniture will fit through all doorways and windows.
With exposure to light and air, different woods may mature to slightly different colors, grains, or patterns, therefore, we can not guarantee that all wood finishes look the same.
Leather is a natural product and each hide will have differences between its individual marks, grains, textures, color, and other natural marks. MumsFurniture selects the highest quality hides but can not guarantee a pattern and different markings are inevitable and should be accepted as its own unique appearance of leather furniture.
All credit/debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to or does not, for any reason, authorize payment to us, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
Refusal of Transaction
We reserve the right to withdraw any products from MumsFurniture.com at any time and/or remove or edit any materials or content on this Website. We may refuse to process a transaction or refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason.
Delivery will only be granted through the Customer Service team prior to placing an order. It is your responsibility to accept delivery at your chosen address.
Defective or Damaged Goods
We advise you to thoroughly check your goods upon receipt. You must notify us immediately if you’ve received damaged or defective goods. We do not accept any damage claims if the damage is caused by the customer. In an unlikely event that the furniture arrives damaged or faulty, please email us at email@example.com or call us at 831.372.6250.
No refunds, returns, or exchanges on special orders, or sale merchandise. For all other merchandise, if you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return your goods within 2 days of receipt and we will happily offer you an exchange or a refund excluding the original delivery cost. A restocking fee may apply.
