Refunds on Furniture
No refunds, returns, or exchanges on special orders, or sale merchandise. For all other merchandise, if you are not satisfied with your purchase you can return your goods within 2 days of receipt and we will happily offer you an exchange or a refund excluding the original delivery cost. A restocking fee may apply.
Exchanges on Furniture
We do not offer returns, refunds , or exchanges on “unwrapped” and used furniture. Due to COVID-19 and the health precautions we must take, we can no longer accept exchanges for furniture that has already left the showroom. Should you have placed an order with us, and become unhappy with the decision that you have made, we can assist you in making the right decision and get the furniture of your dreams before you reach your destination.
