Mum’s Place does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on special orders or floor models. All sales are final.

At our discretion, orders may be exchanged for store credit. A pick-up fee and a restocking fee may apply.

Should you place an order with us the option to cancel is only available prior to production.
