At the point of purchase, MumsFurniture will take full payment in advance of delivery. For our cancellation and refund policy please see below. If there are any issues with your placed order, a representative of MumsFurniture will contact you.
Item dimensions are given for general guidance. Please ensure that the furniture will fit through all doorways and windows of your home upon the delivery of your purchased furniture.
Collection & Delivery
Delivery will only be granted through the Customer Service team prior to placing an order. It is your responsibility to accept delivery at your chosen address.
Defective or Damaged Goods
We advise you to thoroughly check your goods upon receipt. You must notify us immediately if you’ve received damaged or defective goods. We do not accept any damage claims if the damage is caused by the customer.
